About the Redding T7 Upgrade Kit
If you want to extend the life of your T7, as well as add a touch to how smooth this press runs, the Creedmoor Sports T7 Upgrade Kit is a home run!

Creedmoor Redding T7 Turret Press Upgrade Kit
The Redding T7 press is one of the great workhorses of the reloading hobby. Our reloading team has literally loaded tens of thousands of rounds on T7 Presses and have nothing but glowing words to describe it. That is why we wanted to try and make a few additions to this press which we knew would take what is already an excellent press and make it just a bit better.
The upgrade kit does two primary things.
Improves the feel of the press without altering form fit or finish.
Reduces wear points, helping to preserve or restore the tight new press feel.
This kit will install on the press with simple hand tools and does not require any permanent alterations to the press. The kit consists of the following:
Self-Adhesive Teflon pads that reduce friction and wear between the Turret Head and the Press Body.
Brass Shims that allow the bushing to ride on a smooth surface.
A set of Teflon rings that prevent premature wear and help preserve the “new press feel”
A new spring and ball that improve the lock up on the press, giving a firmer lock and reducing play in the press head.
It takes about 20 minutes to install the kit, and will last a lifetime of service. Take what is already an excellent press and make it into a perfect one with the T7 Upgrade Kit!
That says it all!
About the Creedmoor Enhanced Press Head
If you’re looking to decrease runout, this precision machined Creedmoor Enhanced Press Head is the way to go!
From the Creedmoor Sports Product Page:
Creedmoor Enhanced Press Head for Redding T-7
The Redding T-7 Turret Press is one of the most popular reloading presses on the market. We love our Redding T-7 which is why we set out to make it even better. Introducing the Creedmoor Enhanced Press Head for the Redding T-7 Turret Press.
The Creedmoor Enhanced Press Head is a direct drop-in upgrade to the Redding T-7 and can be installed in a matter of minutes. Manufactured from solid 416 stainless steel bar stock, the same material used in premium rifle barrels and actions, the Creedmoor Enhanced Press Head has a premium finish, offers higher corrosion and wear resistance, and incorporates a thread quality second to none. The machining process is held to tight tolerances with particular care paid to maintaining flatness of both top and bottom surfaces. This helps maintain a true perpendicular relationship between the head and die, reducing run out in bullet seating operations. The die positions are precisely located and cut to offer an ultra-smooth thread which interface perfectly with industry standard 7/8-14 threaded dies. Incorporating a unique integral detent and track system, the indexing ball is captured during rotation reducing wear and making transitions from station-to-station extremely smooth, positive and repeatable.
