What a week this has been! Lots of snow at the Ultimate Reloader Outpost (including getting my backhoe stuck), testing 224 Valkyrie 90 grain SMK bullets and ammunition, and much more! Time to announce last week’s winner, and give you all another challenge for this coming week…

Congrats to Andrew Hensley, LEO Appreciation Winner

Congrats Andrew, you won last week’s challenge (For an Ultimate Reloader T-Shirt). Thanks for sharing your Mom’s story- she was quite the LEO! Here’s what Andrew wrote on Facebook:

The woman in this picture is my mom Glenda Hensleyshe had worked for both Haywood county and Buncombe county sheriffs depts. When she transferred she was getting her physical evaluation She found out that she had breast cancer, she went to work that day. She continued to work even after going through chemo and radiation treatments. She had even saved an inmate who was trying to hang her self. Having a compromised immune system she was forced to retire or continue to risk her life getting something she wouldn’t be able to fight off. We lost her nov/3/2018 to cancer. She is my hero.

I personally appreciate the service that Glenda gave to her community. I’m glad we can celebrate her character and dedication here on Ultimate Reloader. Please contact me so that I can get you your shirt!
