Great video that helps me understand how to set this stage up. I did have it setup wrong. However, what I still don’t quite understand is how to make the adjustments and lock them in.
I noticed that in several of you Dillon XL650 videos, you have a little clip that keeps the cases from feeding while you make an adjustment. Can you give details on the size and where exactly it clips on to stop the feeding?
Thanks
Hey Gavin,
Can this powder checker be put used on a Hornady LNL Press as opposed to a traditional Hornady Powder Cop?
Thanks,
No, unfortunately that powder check only works on the Dillon XL-650 and the Dillon Super 1050- not the Hornady Lock-N-Load AP. It’s a great system. Doesn’t ever miss a problem or jam up the press (if you have good batteries and test it before loading! 🙂 )
been using a single stage press for near 25 years. I just received a dillon xl-650. Could you please do a video on how to properly set up the powder bar for correct powder loads. I have 5 calibers that i will be reloading and now have to set up 5 powder stations pistol and rifle. any help will greatly be appreciated.
sincerely
