About the Armanov Bullet Feeder

Armanov offers their bullet feeder system in 9mm/.38 Super, .40/10mm, .45, and .223 REM. I have both the .223 REM and .45 ACP setups for testing. This patent-pending design has a switch that serves as a circuit breaker. Also, the ring can be decoupled from the motor and manually rotated.

At $249, Armanov’s bullet-feeding system is $100 to $250 less expensive than similar systems.

**NOTE: The video incorrectly states that the bullet feeder die is sold separately. It is not and is INCLUDED with the bullet feeder.

Changing bullet types requires only one screw adjustment. 9mm and .40/10mm use the same feeder, so only a die change is required, meaning more money saved!

Simple and Robust Construction

The Patent Pending Bullet Feeder is made out of durable 3D-printed PETG plastic and features failsafe and motor disengage functions that will allow free plate rotation for easy troubleshooting.

Fine adjustment

Due to the sorting tab design, you can fine-tune the bullet drop for the chosen bullet geometry. It is as easy as turning the screw clockwise or anti-clockwise.

High Capacity Collator

You can use up to 250 9mm bullets for optimal performance, which reduces the need for frequent refills, saves time, and guarantees uninterrupted reloading sessions.

The current version of bullet feeder will work only with the chosen caliber and cannot be converted or used with others. 9mm and .40/10mm use the same collator plate; only a die change is required, which can be bought separately.

Set-Up and Loading

Armanov’s bullet feeder is compatible with a few different Dillon presses. I decided to use it with my Dillon XL-750. The first step is to hang the collator on the case feed bowl and adjust the movable ramp.

The bullet dropper assembly and drop tube come next.

Insert the bullet feeder die and adjust as desired. It has a few different configurations to fine tune the bullet flow.

I used station three, moving the ball bearings to the upper positions and the clip to the lower position.

Finally, I connected the power.

This accessory is surprisingly quiet. I also ran a test run with a few Berry’s .223 62 grain bullets before filling the entire collator and bulk-loading brass from Mojo Precision.

Conclusion

Once I adjusted the bullet feeding die, the entire operation flowed smoothly.

I was very happy with how everything performed and the efficiency the bullet feeder contributed. The Armanov bullet feeder was honestly one of the most reliable and simple-to-set-up bullet feeding systems I’ve ever used.
