About the New Upgrades

Armanov makes a number of reloading accessories and upgrades for a variety of presses. We’ve previously shown their bullet feeder, toolheads, and more for Dillon progressives!

This time, Armanov has four new products!

Armanov Shellplate with Case Retainer Spring

The new Armanov shellplate with case retainer spring provides easy access to all stations of the press, allowing quick removal and insertion of cases.

This is incredibly convenient for checking a charge weight or troubleshooting. This design also provides greater retention as the shellplate rotates, preventing powder spillage and bullet toppling.

Milled grooves along the bottom redirect powder granules out from under the shellplate, preventing accumulation.

Antifriction Camming Pin

This maintenance-free pin for the Dillon XL650 and XL750 minimizes wear and tear on the polymer feeder ramp and is easily adjustable.

It has a closed, smooth bearing that prevents scraping and eliminates the need to lube the cam, replacing a rod with a blunt end.

This antifriction camming pin locks in place with the original cam pin nut and is easily adjustable in half-turn increments.

Armanov Powder Measure Knob with Absolute Position

Make precise, repeatable adjustments to your powder drop with the Armanov powder measure knob with absolute position. It is available for both small power bars (pistol) and large powder bars.

An internal, clickable mechanism with a rotating scale has 50 precise dial divisions with 15 full rotations, covering the entire throw range of the internal powder block.

This knob eliminates guessing and allows reloaders to return to specific settings. Armanov estimates each click adjusts by 0.015 to 0.02 grains of powder, depending upon the specific powder type.

It also has a custom-machined, spring-tensioned bolt to eliminate thread backlash and keep adjustments smooth and consistent. This design maintains constant pressure and prevents play in the threads, even with extended use.

Armanov Smart Controller for Dillon Variable Speed Casefeeder

This smart controller allows you to set how many cases you want to load and count down or keeps a running count of how many cases are dispensed.

It also has a digital clutch to complement the friction clutch in the casefeed bowl, sensing current draw and corresponding torque to auto-reverse and refeed if necessary.

If the controller has to auto-reverse and refeed multiple times in a short period of time, it will automatically shut off, signaling the user to investigate. This unit also includes two optical sensors and an empty hopper auto stop.

Remove and Uninstall Dillon Factory Casefeed Components

Installing the smart controller is simple. Remove the original controller and connect the two motor wires to the Armanov smart controller via quick connectors and built-in power jack.

This smart controller does not require any modifications to the original Dillon casefeeder and allows use of the original power adapter. The controller also ships with two different casefeed tube mounts.
