What’s In the Box
The UFO M² light kit for the MEC Marksman pictured above comes with the following:
- Instruction card
- Light strip
- Abrasive pad (surface prep)
- Zip ties and adhesive anchors
- Inline toggle switch
- Power adapter
The UFO CX light kit for the Forster Co-Ax pictured above comes with the following:
- Instruction card
- Light strip
- Abrasive pad (surface prep)
- Adhesive strip
- Inline toggle switch
- Power adapter
Install
Just like the other UFO press lights, the install process for these lights is EASY:
- Unpackage light kit
- Degrease press frame where adhesive will contact (see video) with denatured alcohol, acetone, or similar
- Heat press frame to about 120 degrees with a hair dryer (where light strip will adhere)
- Test fit light strip
- Remove adhesive backing and adhere light strip to press frame
- Install adhesive strip or zip ties to route cord and hold in place (see video)
- Install inline toggle switch
- Plug wall adapter into outlet, then connect to power jack on toggle switch
