– The Bergara B-14 Stoke is available in 223 and would be great, but it has a compact/youth stock (which you could upgrade)
– Tikka has a T3x in 223 that would be worth looking at!

For 6GT, I would stick with:
– Alpha Munitions Brass
– Varget powder
– Berger 105 Hybrid bullets

This combo has worked GREAT for me!
